Suggested replies are live for eligible merchants in Inbox, powered by Shopify Magic
Shopify has added their AI suggestions for Shopify Inbox. This will have their AI automatically write a draft reply to use.
While this use of AI is appropriate (a tool to make human work better VS take-over human work), Shopify turned it on by default for all eligible merchants. You might want to evaluate its usage and privacy impacts.

In a similar topic, a study was recently published that showed labeling products and services with AI as a marketing term leads to decreased purchase intentions and trust.
The study put words to what I've been feeling about AI (yes, that's confirmation bias). It'll be interesting to see as more and more companies slap AI on their products.
