How to keep driving sales after holiday season

Just because the holiday season is over doesn't mean you should slow everything down yet. You deserve a break for getting through the end of the year but make sure to use the first few months of 2016 to keep driving sales. Even if you do just one tactic on this list by Nick Whitmore, you'll set your business up for a bright start to 2016.

Finding your competitive edge

Every year I like to take some time to think about what major thing I'd like to focus on each year. This isn't a goal or a resolution, more of a guiding principle or idea I try to focus on (which is then helped by smaller goals, targets, and projects).

You can use a similar process to decide what to focus on for your business. Here are a few ideas for standing out and finding a competitive edge in your ecommerce store, many of which have already become larger industry trends.
