New Research Findings on 'Accounts & Self-Service' UX

The Baymard Institute has published a new set of research, this one on accounts and self-service. This sample outlines many issues customers experience with ecommerce stores so there's a lot you can pull from it.

At the very least, if you're planning a store redesign soon you could pick up a lot of conversion improvements from this and other studies from them.
