The Product Reorders report analyzes the products your customers reorder to find which ones are the most popular.
Unlike best-seller or total units reports, this reports on the number of customers who have ordered a product more than once.
The Customers
column shows the number of unique customers who have ordered the product more than once.
The Most number of orders
column finds the customer who has reordered the most times and shows how many times they ordered. For example, five means at least one customer have placed five separate orders for this product.
The columns allow you to sort the products so you can also see which products perform poorly. Note, if a product is never purchased a second time then it won't show up in this report at all.
Using this report should give you an understanding of which products are popular among repeat customers and thus the products you should be featuring to them in your marketing.
