- How much are their orders worth compared to non-holiday customers?
- Is Black Friday, truly you-are-in-the-black for your profits?
- How much is a holiday customer acquisition worth vs a non-holiday acquisition?
Letting your data tell you its stories can teach you a lot about how your store actually works. The winter holiday, being a chaotic time, can be hard to understand or even follow while it's happening. That's what makes a later analysis so valuable, but oftentimes we forget to look back.
