Automate your free sample follow-ups

Quick question for you. We have customers that can order free samples from us. We do this through a couple code. I want to be able to reach out to those customers about 2 weeks after they get their free samples and ask if they need anything or what they personally thought. When our company first started I used to manually do this.

However, we're way to busy to do that manually now. Do you know of a way to easily automate this?

I'm sure you could wire up any of the email/marketing automation apps. Shopify's Email and/or Shopify Flow might be able to do it these days. I'd recommend starting with Flow first as it's free unless you already use a marketing automation system.

You'd want to schedule the email in two weeks WHEN someone orders using your free sample coupon code. e.g.

In that 1-off email add tracking codes to all links (e.g. UTM) so you know it came from this email. Then you should be able to see if this free sample campaign drives sales.
