One quick tip to find more big-spending customers is to track down what brought them to your store.
Using a cohort report like in Repeat Customer Insights, find the cohort that has spent more revenue than its neighbors (next/previous months). Then drill-down into the cohort to find what sales channels those customers were acquired from.
Focusing your efforts on these channels will be more likely to attract more high-value customers.
